8. Gaara of The Desert: gaara cannot hurt enemy, but he has skill that directly kills one enemies.

9. Inuzuka Kiba: kiba has big damage. Unhappily, he requires dynamic water marching skill to earn is maximum.

10. Hyuuga Hinata: hinata same as neji can eliminate enemy chakra, but needs activates byakugan skill beforehand.
