Developed with title Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes, this game presents characters from two the companies and presented in the form of a fighting game using system 2 vs 2 Tag Battle. This game presents some new system like Super Jump, Arial Combos, Alternation Attack, Assist Attack, Counter Attack etc.

Some characters brought by Capcom in this game is character from street fighter like Ryu and Chun-Li, while Tatsunoko Production brings Ken Washio (Gatchaman) and Casshem.
