This maya tutorial about modeling USB flash, to make it easy modeling, I name part of usb flash beforehand. (Sees picture below).

Create a cube (for size is up to you).

Then arranges that its size like picture below. Select face in front and back, extrude and scale it down and the last delete that two face.

Close the Hole inside of usb head. (I apply append tool).

If had closed interior usb head, select usb head and does bevel. To assess width depended from size your usb head and segment, I am contents of with 3. I do Bevel that every side from usb head seen more rounded.

Sees from top. Adds some edges (I apply cut faces tool).

After adding edges, arranges vertexes like picture below.

Select faces like picture below.

Extrude face twice.

Adds some edges in every side from faces which we have extrude.

Intention of addition of edges is that faces which we have extrude, seen sharper of its side. (Sees picture below, before and after adding edges).

Again. Adding edges to make long square hole at usb head.

This is result from addition of hole.

For inside of usb head I add cube.

Add edges.

Extrude face.

Do bevel.

Then add cube which I have form of like picture hereunder. (This part of the copper in usb head).

Tide part of the copper as in under this. Part of usb head had past. According to me if part of this completed, for modeling part of body actually up to you. But I will continue modeling part of body, but which simple only.

Create a cube.

Then, do bevel.

This is result from merger of usb head and body. But, if it is seen its form very odd. Part of head usb very big. We need scale some parts to seen like usb flash.

For part of body, you can do modeling by your self as according to your desire
