Extrude edge up. Add edge loop for knee. Add 8 edges loop for leg.

Make quick shape (select vertexes loop and scale it). Select faces on knee area. Extrude faces (scale it down).

Smooth polygon. Time for sculpting.

This result for leg.

In body, I apply curve (red line) to water down in process of modeling. It same like modeling head.

Place head, hand and leg in right position.

Curve which I am create. Select head, hand and leg. Combine all object.

Select edges border on head neck. Extrude down and shape following the curve.

Add two edges loop. And make quick shape.
