It’s look weird, the body and leg too width and head too big. So we must adjust it.
I always using deform>lattice to solve this issue. I adjust much S T U division lattice from attribute editor. It’s more easy. Right click the lattice and adjust the lattice vertex.

And this the result after I adjust the lattice. If you want delete lattice just delete history.
