Now we create curve for long leg. I’m using curve circle and rebuild it with lineat degree.

And now create curve help for waist.

Ok we start create polygon. I start create along a leg with loft tool.

Create polygon for waist area. I adjust some vertex and extrude inside. And add detail every end edge like on top of waist and below of engkle. Just extrude inside. Much close edges make polygon look flat if you smooth it.

Now we create sock and shoe for this character. Create circle curve for sock and ¾ circle curve for top o shoe.

Create bottom of shoe.

Now we create the polygon. First create sock. I just extrude circle curve down and add detail every end edges.

Create polygon for shoe. I start form bottom shoe. I loft two curve on the bottom. And I extrude outside and add detail every side curve. This detail can give flat polygon when I smooth it.

Create polygon for back of shoes. This time we use detach curve and birail. And add detail on the top

Create polygon for side of shoe. It same way like create back of shoe.

Create polygon for front of shoe. And add detail every side.

Create polygon for top of shoe. I just extrude edge. Snap vertex and add detail every side.

Create polygon for base of shoe. Select all edge on the bottom and fill hole. Its make close the hole with polygon. And using split tool for create edge.

Combine all polygon, merge all vertex (adjust threshold vertex, I always use 0.0010) and normal conform. And our final result for shoe is like this.
