Top Part

Create a cylinder polygon and set subdivisions axis to 8.

Again, follow my wireframe image reference. And this the result.

After you finish with top part modeling process, you need create a glass. How to create? That’s simple select face like image below.

And select extract. Now you have a glass. That’s easier to adding transparency material.
