This tutorial will explain about how making desk by using software CorelDraw.

1. Create desk foot with line like picture above using pen tool.

2. Applies shape tool to make rounded in corner.

3. Create line (active snap to object for snapping to node) like picture above.

4. Select first line (which has been made at step1) and select second line. Click trim.

5. Make to rounded in corner like step 2.

6. Create top of desk. Using pen tool to create line like picture above. Select object 1 and then select object 3 and trim.

7. Create desk foot like step 1 until step 5.

8. This result for top and foots of desk.

9. I make some additions for desk with the same technique.

10. Now, time to fill the object. I using pattern fill dialog. Select bitmap and select wood texture.

11. Arranges direction wood texture by using interactive fill tool.

12. Do it same technique for other object.

13. Create shadow using pen tool. (To make shadow you must ascertain beforehand light source).

14. Use trim until shadow object like picture above.

15. Fill shadow with black color and using transparency with interactive transparency tool (uniform – normal – 40).

16. Do it same technique like step 13 until step 15.

17. This the result after add shadows.

18. This the final result for create desk with CorelDraw.
